Northwest Grain Growers Inc. Silo Collapse

Spilled a wall of corn across a local road

Union-Bulletin's Tony Buhrreportedon a metal silo collapse at Northwest Grain Growers Inc. in Walla Walla, WA. The collapse sent tons of grain into the local roadway surrounding a car and disabling it, while another vehicle crashed into newly formed wall of grain when they became distracted. There were no injuries reported, and the cause of the bin failer is still unknown.
