Northern Partners North Grain Facility experienced a flash fire in the grain dryer
Emergency responders were called to Northern Partners North Grain Facility, Mendota, IL, Monday for a fire at a regulator at a grain dryer, reports theNews Tribune.
Mendota fire chief Dennis Rutishauser said an outside company was making adjustments to the regulator when the flash fire occurred.
He reported one person was injured and flown from Mendota to OSF St. Anthony's, Rockford, IL, for burns to his hands and arm.
