Fell 40 feet while working on the roof of the mill
The Salina Post Staff has reported on Jacob Bugg, a 23-year-old Kansas man, who dies after falling 40 feet from the Richmond, IN, Purina Mills feed plant. Bugg was working on an owner section of the roof than the rest of the crew, so there were no witnesses to the fall and the cause is undetermined. He fell on June 28, 2017, with an autopsy scheduled the next day.
