The Hartley Police Department reported the arrest of Tracy Lee Peterson, 28, Sheldon, IA, about 2 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of trespassing after he was found on top of Cooperative Farmers Elevator’s 144-foot-tall grain silo by an employee in Hartley, IA.
NWestIowa.comreports Peterson said he was hiding from somebody and climbed the silo the previous evening.
