Knobloch will manage projects and programs to help increase market share and ensure profitable sales of Brock’s conditioning product line. This involves understanding customer needs, market trends and channel opportunities, while working closely with the sales team to improve service, value-added solutions and customer experiences.

A graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN, Knobloch has a bachelor’s degree in agricultural systems management. He is a native of Wolcott, Indiana, and is moving to Milford, IN, for his new position with CTB.

James Anderson moves to supply chain manager for LeMar

He will report to Cary Carter, vice president of supply chain and operational excellence for Brock Grain Systems, while also coordinating with Nick Kiederlen, plant manager for LeMar’s Des Moines, IA, facility.

In his new role, Anderson will provide direct management and oversight of purchasing, planning, receiving, material handling, shipping, and customer site deliveries. He will also work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure on-time, complete and error-free delivery of products and projects.

Tony Rabey promoted to sales and customer service manager

Devin Walters has been promoted to Production Planning & Purchasing supervisor for the Brock Grain Conditioning Group, Frankfort, IN.

In his new role, Walters will manage materials handling and fabrication scheduling. He will also research, source and evaluate vendors, as well as manage the inventory levels and accuracy to ensure company goals and customer ordering timelines are met.

David Chester is promoted to buyer/planner

David Chester has been promoted to buyer/p lanner for Brock Grain Systems, according to Cary Carter, Vice President of Supply Chain and Operational Excellence for the CTB, Inc. Frankfort, Indiana facility.

Chester’s new responsibilities include researching, sourcing, and evaluating vendors as well as managing the inventory levels and accuracy to ensure company goals and customer ordering timelines are met.
