The Jackson Sunreportedon a definitive agreement to purchase three of The Andersons Inc.'s grain elevators in West Tennessee signed by Local Grain Services a subsidiary of Tyson Foods. The grain elevators are located in Dyer, TN, Humboldt, TN, and Kenton, TN and will sport the planned chicken complex in Humboldt, TN. The deal was expected to be complete in March, with all keep all current employees on.
