According toa report at CenTexProud.com, Temple Fire & Rescue reports no injuries and no damage as the result of a suspected grain dust explosion in a grain storage facility.
Spokesman Thomas Pechal says the call came in at 12:32 p.m. Wednesday of a possible explosion in the general area around Jupe Feed. Residents reported hearing a loud "boom."
Fire personnel investigating found no fire and said that it was possible that a quantity of grain dust in a silo ignited in some way.
There appeared to be no damage and all units cleared the scene in a short time.
