Abel Ramirez, 55, suffered multiple injuries late Saturday morning after falling through a roof while removing siding at the Azalia Elevator, Elizabethtown, IN, according to the Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Department.
The Republicreports that after emergency responders arrived shortly before noon at the grain elevator, a decision was made to bring in a medical helicopter to transport Ramirez to a Marion County hospital, a news release stated.
Ramirez was listed in good condition Tuesday afternoon at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
