Adam Cain, the Clinton, IA, firefighter who sustained life threatening injuries fighting a fire in grain-silo fire is out of the ICU.
According toWQAD, Cain has been in the hospital recovering since January 5. He recently had surgery and is breathing on his own.
Cain sustained serious injuries in a grain-silo explosion at the ADM plant in Clinton on January 5. Fire Lt. Eric Hosettewas killed in the blast.
