Police say an individual has died in an industrial accident at the Valero Renewable Fuels plant in Bluffton, IN, reportFort Wayne's NBC.
Police said the individual was performing maintenance work on a large auger when he got stuck, and later died.
The Wells County Coroner’s Office has identified the man as 42-year-old Ryan West from Bainbridge, OH. Police say West worked for an outside contractor, Diversified Industrial Services, and was not employed directly by Valero.
