An incident at a grain silo in Keithsburg, IL, has resulted in the death of Dale Garner, 66, last Thursday evening, reportsWQAD.
Several fire departments were called to a grain silo where a man had become trapped inside a grain bin.
Crews worked for about one hour to free him from the silo by removing corn. Upon recovery, however, Garner was pronounced dead by the Mercer County Coroner.
