For thesecond time in two weeks, local fire departments responded to a working fire in a bin at Midwest Grain in Scott City, MO.
According to theSoutheast Missourian, firefighters responded at 4:43 p.m. Tuesday and found a working fire inside Bin No. 2, with smoke and flames showing from its top vents.
Much of the bin was empty, with the only significant amount of product being stored in the affected bin contained in the bin’s hopper.
No injuries were reported.
