Ag Partners’ Royal, IA, facility rebuild is progressing following an explosion at the site inAugust 2020.
As of April 14, all structural concrete was completed and all steel needed for towers, bridges, legs, distributors, spouting, and conveyors were on site.
Crews have been working for the last few weeks to meet the late summer deadline.
Crews have started erecting towers needed to support catwalks and conveyors; assembling both overhead and pit conveyors; working on bridges and catwalks; and completing preliminary electrical work.
Steel for the new hopper bins as well as material for the steel building over the dump pits will be arriving in the next few weeks. As soon as all materials are on site, construction will begin. All phases of the project are currently on track for pre-harvest completion.
