
Two grain traders are facing fines in South Dakota after regulators said they were operating in the state without a license, reportsAgWeek.

A complaint filed by theSouth Dakota Public Utilities Commissionsays that Crossroads operated for more than two years without a license, making more than 700 grain purchases.
