Kansas State University'sIGP Institutewill offer fall-semester flour milling courses starting Aug. 10-12 withFlour and Dough Analysisand concluding Nov. 15-19 withFlowsheet Technology.

Courses in this curriculum area cover all aspects of managing the flour milling process from grain selection to finished products.

Co-sponsors include theInternational Association of Operative Millers (IAOM)andBuhler Group.
