McCoy Land Company and Pacific Northwest Farmers Cooperative plan to build the facility on 66 acres near Dusty, ID. A new driveway will be built to access SR 127 and the grain storage piles will be an estimated 65 feet.
Construction will occur over two years starting after harvest this year and ending by June 2021.
