Grand Island firefighters said a minor explosion caused a fire at a Grand Island, NE, cooperative location Sunday night, reportsNTV.
According to Scott Kuehl with the G.I. Fire Department, crews responded to the Aurora Cooperative elevator location after a report of smoke coming from a storage bin around 11:30 p.m.
A minor explosion occurred and the top of the bin, which was full of flax seed, was on fire.
There is an on-going investigation into the cause.
