OSHA Investigating Death at Didion Milling

Facility operations are paused for teams to have time to process what happened

职业安全与健康的广告ministration confirms it has opened in investigation into the death of a Didion Milling employee in a grain silo, reportsWKOW.

The body of the 52-year-old Waupun manwas recovered from the siloat the plant in Cambria, WI, following a day-long search.

In a statement toWKOW, Didion said operations are paused for teams to have the time to process what happened. Operations will resume when the teams feel ready.

A counselor is onsite for anyone who would like to talk and Didion provides 24/7 access to an employee assistance hotline, which team members can call year-round.

Didion has been in close contact with the employee’s family and are being supportive in every way possible during this difficult time, according to the company.
