Knobelsdorff Adds Seven New Positions, Promotes Four

Jason Thompson and Aaron Pyfferoen join the company in two newly created roles

Knobelsdorff Enterprises (KE) announcesJason Thompson, COO andAaron Pyfferoen, senior vice president of operations have joined the company in two newly created roles.

Together, Thompson and Pyfferoen bring more than 30 years of experience in the industry to KE.

Thompson previously worked at CE Power where he served as vice president of operations for the last eight years and Pyfferoen was previously at Blatter Energy for 16 years, serving a variety of roles including manager of procurement, solar.

“I have been fortunate to have worked with both Jason and Aaron in the past and know they will be a great addition to our team" says CEO/President Karl von Knobelsdorff. "I’m excited about their expertise, energy and leadership abilities which will help to continue to grow our business.”

With these new hires, KE has continued growing its leadership team with the promotions ofShane Matthees, director – electric,Rich Kuechenmeister, director – engineering,Jason Grahek, director – business development, andMelanie Peterson, controller. Including von Knobelsdorff, Thompson and Pyfferoen, the leadership team meets weekly to solve challenges and strategize better ways to serve KE’s customers.

KE has also added the following roles and team members:John Krautkramer, operations manager (electric),Kyle Weber, pre-construction manager (electric),Aaron Wood, O&M Manager (Energy), Neil Van Berkum, Construction Manager (Energy), andBen Sherman, Sr. Electrical Engineer.
