The Canyon County Planning and Zoning Commission decided to pump the brakes on a proposal to build a sorghum facility in Parma.
On Thursday night, the commission voted 6-1, twice, to recommend that the Canyon County Commissioners deny two requests: a change to the comprehensive land map and a re-zone to allow for the facility.
