Iowa’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the near-fatal fall of an employee who was working for Younglove Construction, a Sioux City construction company, building Tyson Foods’ feed mill in Storm Lake, IA.
The Storm Lake Times reports that officers responded to the feed mill site at 10:55 a.m. Friday, March 16, because a male fell from the roof and was injured.
The man, who was not identified by officials, was transported via ambulance for treatment.
